Although the Bahrain Monetary Agency Coin Museum is the smallest cultural project undertaken by the practice, with a floor area of just 98 square metres, it contains one of the most important islamic coin collections in the Middle East. The museum also includes displays of modern Bahraini currency and a research facility on the upper floor mezzanine.
The Central Bank of Oman's Currency Museum is located in the bank's recently expanded headquarters in Muscat. Its thematic focus is similar to the BMA Coin Museum, presenting a collection of historic coinage as well as modern currency and a section on the history of the bank. It also includes an audio-visual theatre and touchscreen systems with a searchable database of the entire collection. The completed museum was opened by HM Sutltan Qaboos Bin Said Al-Said.
